Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery schedule you select. Payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery.
Managing your subscription
You can pause, reschedule, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails. If you need assistance, you can also contact us at hello@lanewaybeauty.com.au.
Ongoing subscription pricing
Subscription pricing is designed for customers who reorder and applies to ongoing subscriptions.
Order processing & cancellations
If a subscription order has already processed, it can’t be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure any changes are made before your next scheduled delivery date.
Early cancellation
If a subscription is cancelled before the second order, the original order may be refunded minus an admin fee to cover processing and handling costs.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout.
You can request a refund if the pre-order order has not yet been fulfilled and is taking longer than the specified time period. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.
